However, we decline any responsibility for any problems, damage, viruses or risks that the user may incur while misusing the site, as well as for any poor use of the site.
DESCRIPTION OF ARTICLES
All the articles presented on the site are described as accurately as possible.
Users should read the description of the articles as carefully as possible and if they have any questions, they should contact us through our contacts.
Due to the type of computer used, colour settings, internet browser or others, the colours shown in the photographs on the site may differ from the real colours.
We cannot be held responsible for such differences.
UNAVAILABILITY OF STOCK
We reserve the right to inform you, during the 72 hours after receiving the order, of the unavailability of any item ordered.
After informing the user of such unavailability, the contract is automatically terminated with regard to the unavailable item and the user is guaranteed not to incur any costs on account of the cancellation of the order for the unavailable item, the amount shown on the user’s card account statement being cancelled in due proportion. The contract shall remain in force and shall be in full force and effect for any other items that may be ordered, unless otherwise stated by the user.
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR).
The exchange rate used by the credit card company may not be exactly the same as at the time of purchase.
The price shown for each product does not include shipping costs but includes the VAT rate in force in Portugal.
We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.
The prices of the products will be, during the placing of an order and its confirmation, valid throughout this specific process.
Make your payment by bank transfer or direct deposit into our account. Please indicate the order number as reference of the transfer or deposit. Your order will not be shipped until you confirm the amount in our account.
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
We receive them by cheque, cash or with proof of transfer.
TAX FREE (EXTRA-EU PAYMENTS)
All prices shown include VAT at the statutory rate in force in Portugal applied to all intra-Community acquisitions.
For all non-EU countries in Europe and the rest of the world, customs duties may apply. These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If these costs are not paid by the buyer and the order has to be returned to us, the cost of the return will be taken from the payment made.
The costs of shipping the items ordered will be added to the value of the order in the process of completing the order.
The shipping costs will be automatically updated when the order is completed.
Shipping costs do not include any import taxes that may be charged at the entry of the customer’s country of destination.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES
For all shipments to European Union countries, prices include VAT at the statutory rate in force in Portugal.
Customs Duties and/or Taxes for non-EU countries, we cannot predict what these costs might be.
If orders are subject to any additional charges, these will be charged directly by the customs of the destination country. Please contact your local customs service for more information.
Delivery times may be slightly longer during festive periods, holidays and holidays. With these exceptions, normal delivery times will be:
• Portugal – 3 a 5 working days
• Europe – 5 a 8 working days
• EUA e Canadá – 8 a 10 working days
• Rest of the World – 8 a 10 working days
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
You cannot change the delivery address of orders once they have been dispatched.
The above delivery times are only indicative and do not take into account any delays caused by problems with payment authorisations or customs clearance in the country of destination.
DISPATCHES AND PICK-UPS
During the registration process on our site, the user will have to indicate his/her personal address data.
The orders will be delivered to the address defined as the user’s address. If the user wishes the order to be sent to an alternative address, this address must be given at the time the order is completed.
SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS
The customer is requested to carefully inspect the order/package BEFORE signing the delivery document.
If, for any reason, the package appears to be tampered with, please sign the delivery document with reservations, or refuse the delivery.
If you accept the delivery of the order with reservations, or if you refuse it, please make a complaint to the Carrier immediately and contact us.
If, for any reason, the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of purchase, there is a risk that it will be returned to us. These costs will be deducted in the refund to the user.
If the order is not successfully delivered to the address provided by the user due to any lack of cooperation from you (wrong telephone number, wrong or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), there may be a risk that the order will be returned to Portugal, any import taxes that may be charged at the time of re-entry into Portugal, these costs will be deducted from any possible refund.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of non-delivered orders.
The cost of returning non-delivered orders may also be subject to additional taxes and costs or charges levied by customs or other entities which in neither case will be refunded by us.
We guarantee each order during the transit period, until the moment of delivery to the user.
All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which time responsibility passes to the user.
If you designate a recipient other than yourself for delivery, then you accept the evidence of a signature as proof of delivery and fulfilment on our part and the corresponding transfer of responsibility in the same way.
All customers have the right to return in accordance with Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 of 26 April, the customer has a period of 14 days to cancel the contract without payment of compensation and without the need to state the reason, a period that runs from the day of receipt of the order by the customer.
If, for any reason, the user is not satisfied with an order, the article may be returned within 14 days, for size exchange or refund.
All shipping costs will be paid by the user.
• You must send us an email within 14 days from the date of delivery and indicate the ORDER NO., PRODUCT CODE and RETURN MOTOR.
• Any additional customs duties, taxes or charges you may have will not be refunded by us.
• If you return all or part of your order, we will refund the amount paid by you (excluding shipping costs).
You may choose between two forms of compensation:
The articles can be exchanged for another article of equal or higher value (if you choose an article of higher value you will receive an email with the information to pay the surcharge).
In case of an exchange, we do not charge additional costs for the shipment of the new article.
As soon as the items to be exchanged are received and checked, the new item will be shipped immediately.
As with returns, all customs duties, taxes or additional costs you may incur will not be refunded by us in the case of an exchange.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been checked and accepted.
Refunds to intra-Community countries will also be reversed.
Refunds and exchanges should arrive at our premises within 10 days of dispatch and subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories sent with the order.
• Returns must be packed in the original box.
• In case of defective items or incorrect merchandise, the user must follow the instructions above.
• We do not accept the return of items that do not comply with the procedures of the terms and conditions of the return policies. Such items will be returned to the sender to the original shipping address at your expense.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS
The return of defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the user.
We make a great effort to carefully check all the articles to detect any defects in the articles, before proceeding with their dispatch.
We reserve the right to request photographic support for defective items or wrongly sent goods, before authorising the return, for the purpose of reimbursement of transport costs and import duties.
All items returned as defective will be duly inspected upon receipt and all items subject to wear and tear considered normal will not be considered defective.
The defective items will be exchanged for identical items, subject to availability.
If the user does not want a replacement article to be sent to him, he should make that request by email.
The return of defective items must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds for defective items will take place within 30 days after receipt of the returned items.
If it is not possible to replace the defective item, we will refund the amount paid by the means of payment originally used, in the same amount paid by the user.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ITEMS WITH BALANCES
All sales of articles with a balance (articles with price reduction) are final.
It will not be possible to return or exchange items with a balance, and the conditions for returns, refunds and exchanges do not apply.
All personal information provided to our site will be treated responsibly, and will not be used for any purpose other than to provide the best service to users.
We guarantee that we do not share any personal information with third parties without the prior consent of the users.
