During the registration process on our site, the user will have to indicate his\/her personal address data.
\nThe orders will be delivered to the address defined as the user’s address. If the user wishes the order to be sent to an alternative address, this address must be given at the time the order is completed.

SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The customer is requested to carefully inspect the order\/package BEFORE signing the delivery document.
\nIf, for any reason, the package appears to be tampered with, please sign the delivery document with reservations, or refuse the delivery.
\nIf you accept the delivery of the order with reservations, or if you refuse it, please make a complaint to the Carrier immediately and contact us.
\nIf, for any reason, the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of purchase, there is a risk that it will be returned to us. These costs will be deducted in the refund to the user.
\nIf the order is not successfully delivered to the address provided by the user due to any lack of cooperation from you (wrong telephone number, wrong or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), there may be a risk that the order will be returned to Portugal, any import taxes that may be charged at the time of re-entry into Portugal, these costs will be deducted from any possible refund.

Shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of non-delivered orders.

We guarantee each order during the transit period, until the moment of delivery to the user.
\nAll orders require a signature upon delivery, at which time responsibility passes to the user.
\nIf you designate a recipient other than yourself for delivery, then you accept the evidence of a signature as proof of delivery and fulfilment on our part and the corresponding transfer of responsibility in the same way.

RETURNS POLICY<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

All customers have the right to return in accordance with Article 6 of Decree-Law No. 143\/2001 of 26 April, the customer has a period of 14 days to cancel the contract without payment of compensation and without the need to state the reason, a period that runs from the day of receipt of the order by the customer.<\/p>\n

If, for any reason, the user is not satisfied with an order, the article may be returned within 14 days, for size exchange or refund.
\nAll shipping costs will be paid by the user.<\/p>\n

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS<\/b>

\u2022\u00a0You must send us an email within 14 days from the date of delivery and indicate the ORDER NO., PRODUCT CODE and RETURN MOTOR.
\n\u2022\u00a0Any additional customs duties, taxes or charges you may have will not be refunded by us.
\n\u2022\u00a0If you return all or part of your order, we will refund the amount paid by you (excluding shipping costs).<\/p>\n

You may choose between two forms of compensation:<\/p>\n

EXCHANGE<\/b>
\nThe articles can be exchanged for another article of equal or higher value (if you choose an article of higher value you will receive an email with the information to pay the surcharge).
\nIn case of an exchange, we do not charge additional costs for the shipment of the new article.
\nAs soon as the items to be exchanged are received and checked, the new item will be shipped immediately.
\nAs with returns, all customs duties, taxes or additional costs you may incur will not be refunded by us in the case of an exchange.

REFUND<\/b>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been checked and accepted.
\nRefunds to intra-Community countries will also be reversed.<\/p>\n

Refunds and exchanges should arrive at our premises within 10 days of dispatch and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories sent with the order.
\n\u2022\u00a0Returns must be packed in the original box.
\n\u2022\u00a0In case of defective items or incorrect merchandise, the user must follow the instructions above.
\n\u2022\u00a0We do not accept the return of items that do not comply with the procedures of the terms and conditions of the return policies. Such items will be returned to the sender to the original shipping address at your expense.<\/p>\n

TRANSPORT DAMAGE\/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS<\/b>
\nThe return of defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the user.
\nWe make a great effort to carefully check all the articles to detect any defects in the articles, before proceeding with their dispatch.
\nWe reserve the right to request photographic support for defective items or wrongly sent goods, before authorising the return, for the purpose of reimbursement of transport costs and import duties.
\nAll items returned as defective will be duly inspected upon receipt and all items subject to wear and tear considered normal will not be considered defective.
\nThe defective items will be exchanged for identical items, subject to availability.
\nIf the user does not want a replacement article to be sent to him, he should make that request by email.
\nThe return of defective items must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
\nRefunds for defective items will take place within 30 days after receipt of the returned items.
\nIf it is not possible to replace the defective item, we will refund the amount paid by the means of payment originally used, in the same amount paid by the user.
